Insight tech solutions provider FocusVision has launched 'InterVu Now', a no-cost version of its InterVu online focus group tool, which allows all levels of users to conduct online focus groups or video interviews. The firm has also added AI and machine learning to InterVu.
InterVu enables researchers and marketers to talk to customers anywhere in the world via an online tool for group or 1:1 interviews. The new InterVu Now solution offers digital focus groups using high-quality video capture, interactive monitoring and easy-to-use playback features. Chief Product Officer Thierry D'Hers says the tool gives businesses a simpler, more direct digital solution that's much more cost effective and intuitive, allowing users of all experience levels to get projects up and running instantly.
The addition of machine learning and AI to the existing InterVu solution means it can now handle more than 60 project scheduling scenarios of varying complexity through an Alexa-like assistant. According to D'Hers, with this level of enhanced automation, customers have always-on access to programs, and can schedule a new project at any time and receive 24/7 updates throughout the data collection period.
