Radius Global Merges with Illumination Research

New York-based Radius Global Market Research is merging with Illumination Research, effective immediately. Illumination will maintain its brand name, team and headquarters in Mason, OH. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Chip ListerIllumination Research develops new ways of understanding human behavior via qualitative research, and has 30 staff serving clients in CPG, retail, finance, technology and ecommerce. The firm was founded in 2005 by Karri Bass and Jeff Bass, who will now serve as Directors at Radius GMR.

Radius, established for more than 50 years, develops business-building custom research programs across a wide range of sectors, with specialties including innovation, branding, segmentation and customer satisfaction. As well as multiple US offices it has a presence in Europe, Asia and the MENA region. MD Chip Lister (pictured) says the two teams 'share a deep commitment to innovation', adding: 'The synergies between our organizations in terms of capabilities, talent and culture result in an extremely robust set of up-to-date research methods as we seek out the most revealing insights to move our clients' businesses forward'.
