LivingLens and Maru/edr Add Video Insight to VoC

August 3 2018

UK-based video intelligence platform LivingLens has partnered with Voice of the Customer (VoC) specialist Maru/edr, to allow video-based questions to be embedded into existing VoC programmes.

'...a powerful way to capture the attention of stakeholders...'Through the integration, feedback extracted from video responses is combined with Maru/edr survey data and other information to deliver contextualised insight. Video content can be tagged, transcribed and translated, and bespoke filters based on survey responses or supporting data provide another way to both view and mine video content. Users can then analyze the data stored within video including the spoken word, actions, objects and sentiment.

Maru/edr CEO Gary Topiol explains: 'Bringing customer stories to life is key to unlocking the full potential of VoC programmes - and video is a powerful way to capture the attention of stakeholders and truly drive impactful insight into the heart of an organisation. We're delighted to have a solution that allows us to gain the most value from video, providing analysis and insight at speed alongside user-friendly capture and management tools'.
