Touchstone Promotes for Qual and Quant Leadership Roles

In the US, consumer tech-driven insights firm Touchstone Research has promoted Samantha Sproul to oversee its Online & Mobile Qual division, and Kyle Morrison to oversee Quantitative.

Branford, CT-based Touchstone offers a full range of services from questionnaire design, survey programing and qualitative recruiting, to ad hoc quant and qual studies. The firm also builds and manages custom online research panels and insight communities, and conducts ethnography and digital research, mobile app/game testing, as well as kids and families research.

Sproul joined five years ago as Consumer Insights intern, and most recently served as Senior Project Director. In her new role, she will work closely with the firm's qual and community panel research clients across a wide range of project types, while mentoring the qual team. Morrison has been with the company for four years, having joined in 2014 as Junior Consumer Insight Analyst, and more recently, served a Senior Project Director. He will continue to work closely with the firm's quant and research panel clients, train and mentor the quant team, and help drive new quant research initiatives.
