Online Marketplaces Get Their Own Analytics Suite

Kahuna, a company focused on support services for online marketplaces, has launched an analytics solution to give its clients dashboard feedback on the performance and usage of their platforms, and to forecast user churn.

The firm says 'Marketplace Health' is 'the only analytics solution designed expressly for marketplaces', which are unlike 'traditional e-commerce sites' in having to cater for 'two masters - buyers and sellers - simultaneously; and has been developed in close co-operation with clients 'grappling with inadequate dashboards and KPIs adapted from legacy e-commerce solutions'.
