Global consumer agency InSites Consulting has launched an end-to-end research automation tool called Fluent.
Originally developed by South African insights agency Columinate, which InSites recently acquired, Fluent integrates all aspects of setting up and running a quantitative test among consumers - from study design to data collection, analysis and reporting. Users can create and deploy research studies, with turnaround promised in two to three days from set-up to delivery. The entire process can be run fully DIY, or co-piloted with a 'solution-driven expert', which InSites says ensures strategic input into the process and adds valuable interpretation to the findings.
Fluent is currently available in the South African market for ad testing, and in the second phase of development will incorporate more methodologies such as insight validation and idea screening - including concept and pack testing - before being rolled out globally.
