In Germany, market research and analytics company Factworks has promoted Nadja Böhme to the role of Chief Executive Officer, working closely with founder and CEO Axel Bichler who operates from the firm's second office based in Silicon Valley in the US.
Factworks offers a combination of qual and quant research along with analytics for brand research, customer loyalty modeling, and engagement measurement programmes. Using marketing segmentation approaches such as Latent Class Analysis and Cluster Ensemble Analysis, the firm can help clients prioritize promising target groups and identify growth opportunities. It also develops predictive models for targeting and uses a range of qualitative methods to create personas.
Böhme (pictured) joined a decade ago as a Junior Research Consultant, and most recently served as Director and Head of Marketing. In her new role, she will manage the Berlin headquarters, overseeing organisational strategy, as well as customer relations and external representation of the company. She will work alongside Bichler, who founded the company sixteen years ago.
