Discuss.io Rolls Out Consumer Empathy Tool

Online video research firm Discuss.io has launched a solution called the Pulse Program, which facilitates regular live video conversations between consumers and marketers in order to build empathy with those consumers across geographies and teams.

Zach SimmonsDiscuss.io provides an online platform for real-time focus groups and other qual research, using a massive pool of respondents to allow niche targeting of research on anything from product development and optimization to brand and segment exploration, plus ad and concept testing. The new Pulse Program tool has been developed to help marketers talk to consumers on a regular basis, to understand their needs and create advertising that resonates.

CEO and founder Zach Simmons (pictured) says the firm has 'taken our learnings from thousands of consumer conversations with the world's largest brands and packaged them up in a scalable program that reduces the friction and the cost of building and maintaining a consumer empathy program'.
