GfK Hires Belgium Country Lead for Consumer Insights

GfK has appointed long-time Procter & Gamble insights exec Richard Boyko as Country Lead for Consumer Insights and Marketing Effectiveness in Belgium.

Richard BoykoBoyko (pictured) joins from mystery shopping agency Helion Market Research, where he served as Global Director of Client Solutions. Prior to this he spent five years at Ipsos in London; initially as Senior Director of Innovation and Forecasting, and then in a Global Director role, leading strategy and teams servicing key global clients. He began his career with two decades at Procter & Gamble, latterly as Global Business Insights Executive, overseeing consumer insights, decision science, forecasting and scenario planning.

He will now lead two GfK research divisions: the Customer Insight team, which helps clients understand consumer trends, needs and environment; and the Marketing Effectiveness team, which provides insights on the efficacy and impact of clients' various marketing activities, and helps identify areas for focus.
