CI Group Buys and Renames Rozovest Business Analytics

Experiential, rewards and promotional business The CI Group has acquired Rozovest Business Analytics for an undisclosed sum, and renamed it Pearl Analytics.

The acquired company has offices in London's Soho, Oxfordshire and Amsterdam, and employs a team of data scientists who uncover insights and opportunities in a business's data pool. The buy follows on from CI's recent acquisition of digital agency Diginut, which has merged with its existing digital team to form CI. Diginut. David Watt, CEO of the CI Group, says that with these two acquisitions and organic growth with key account planning, the group is on track to achieve targets of £20m a year turnover and £5m gross margin by the end of 2020.

Pearl Analytics founder Robert Mol says the deal will bring his firm's services to a wider audience, while providing insights that will make CI Group's work more focused and effective. Watt adds: 'As we grow the capabilities of the CI Group, I have been acutely aware of the need to be able to offer our clients data analytics that drives business transformation.
