QuenchTec hires Sewberath, Launches Chatbot Survey Builder

In London, MR technology company QuenchTec has appointed long-time industry exec Dennis Sewberath as Technical and Creative Research Consultant. The firm has also added its Chatbot Survey Builder to its survey platform.

Formed in 2016 from the merger of research software firms MARSC and MI Pro, QuenchTec provides solutions to enable users to manage the entire research process, and to cut the length of studies using automation. The firm's ChatBot Survey Builder has been launched to enable researchers and marketers to adopt a more creative approach to communicating with consumers.

Sewberath (pictured) joins with a twenty-year career in the research industry; joining as a Programmer at Synovate, and then as Creative Research Director at Lightspeed and Chief Design Officer at MSI-ACI. More recently, Sewberath worked as an independent consultant, helping researchers and marketers develop interactive survey applications.
