BritainThinks Promotes Six in London

London-based qual-led insight and strategy specialist BritainThinks has promoted both Cordelia Hay and Anastasia Knox to the newly created position of Associate Partner. Also promoted are Holly Wicks, Michael Allard, Hettie Hill and Katharine Allen.

Cordelia Hay and Anastasia KnoxLaunched in 2010 by Opinion Leader co-founders Deborah Mattinson and Viki Cooke and their former colleague Ben Shimshon, BritainThinks offers strategic advice for political, corporate and not-for-profit clients, while its WorldThinks international division has a specific focus on reputation research. The firm now has a team of more than 45 researchers and support staff.

Hay joined six years ago, after serving as a SRA at ComRes; while Knox also joined in 2013 as Research Lead, having previously worked at Ipsos MORI as an SRE in the Social Research Institute. In their new roles, both will continue to lead on key clients, while working with Mattinson, Cooke and Shimshon in the partner team, taking on further strategic responsibilities in the business.

In addition, Wicks moves up to the role of Client Development Director; Allard and Hill have been promoted to Research Lead; and Allen becomes Senior Research Executive. Commenting on the news, Mattinson, said: 'We are delighted to promote Cordelia, Anastasia, Holly, Michael, Hettie and Katy. All thoroughly deserve this recognition of the hard work they put in and the value they bring to their clients and the company. It will be fantastic to see them step up in their new roles'.
