Research software firm Confirmit has appointed Howard Lax as Principal Director, CX Consulting, supporting clients in their efforts to design, develop and implement customer experience strategies.
Lax (pictured) joins with more than twenty years of consulting experience, with a background in customer experience, market research and employee engagement strategy. He worked previously for Directions Research as VP, Customer Experience Practice Lead. Before this, he was SVP, Head of Customer Strategies Practice for TNS in the Americas; SVP, Consulting at GfK; VP, Customer Strategies at ORC; and SVP, Stakeholder Relationship Consulting at Harris Interactive. He began his career at mortgage specialist Freddie Mac, where he spent nine years and latterly served as Director of Market Research.
