KL Launches Co-LABoration Co-Creation Unit

US-based online MR community specialist KL Communications has opened a new division called KL Co-LABoration, which will focus on customer co-creation using the company's proprietary CrowdWeaving methodology.

Kevin LonnieThis methodology is used to engage consumers at the earliest stage of creation, with ideation sessions encouraging them to provide creative ideas and solutions to a challenge or problem. The firm's new KL Co-LABoration division ('the LAB') will conduct CrowdWeaving projects to enable clients to benefit from customer co-creation if they aren't ready for an ongoing web-based research community. Additional functionality will be added to the CrowdWeaving platform in the near future, including AI and elements of gamification to allow for better collaboration between customers and stakeholders.
