Synovate Buys TRBI

Global agency Synovate has today announced the acquisition of The Research Business International (TRBI), one of the UK's leading research firms, from a US-based group headed by Maritz Inc.

London-based TRBI was established as The Research Business in 1981, and has grown to become a top ten UK agency, with core strengths in brand and advertising tracking, market studies, segmentation, brand and concept development, and research in specialist areas including healthcare, financial services and the youth market. A rapid integration of the company is planned, whilst maintaining these strengths.
