Havas Buys Digital Transformation Specialist Gate One

Marcoms giant Havas has acquired specialist digital and transformation consultancy Gate One, for an undisclosed sum.

Gate One's Data and Analytics Transformation team helps clients develop their data strategies and identify potential benefits, while supporting senior leaders with the development of data use, business cases, roadmaps and a prioritised portfolio of work. The firm also uses creative data visualisation techniques to help clients take action based on their data and insights.

As part of the deal, Gate One will relocate its team of more than 70 digital and business transformation specialists to the Havas Kings Cross Village in London in early 2020. The agency will retain both its name and leadership team, under CEO Tim Phillips (pictured).
