Leadership Change at Harris Interactive

Al Angrisani has resigned as President and COO of Harris Interactive(r) and will be replaced by Gregory T. Novak, who has been President of US Operations for the last 9 months.

Angrisani, who also resigns from the Board of Directors, will provide advisory services to the Company for the rest of the calendar year. He was appointed President and COO at Harris Interactive in November 2001 when the Company acquired Total Research Corporation, of which he was CEO. According to Angrisani 'The rightsizing of Harris Interactive is now complete, and it's time for me to move on to my next challenge'.

Recently appointed Vice Chairman and CEO Robert E. Knapp, to whom Novak will report, says that Angrisani was one of the main drivers in reaching profitability. 'He instituted many of the processes and controls for sales monitoring, revenue forecasting and expense reduction that helped us to profitably grow to a $100 to $150 million firm'.

Novak will be responsible for delivery of all worldwide revenue and profit. He joined Harris Interactive in 1999, and helped develop and implement the company's Internet-based research capabilities, in roles including Group President, Strategic Marketing Solutions/Business & Consumer Research. Previous to Harris Interactive, he worked as Vice President and General Manager of a $150 million unit of General Signal Corporation, and in executive positions at General Electric and FMC Corporation. He has an M.S. in Management from Purdue University's Krannert Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Gordon S.
