Dennis Publishing Creates Global Customer Insight Role

In London, Dennis Publishing has promoted Seema Hope to serve as its first Global Customer Insight Director.

Seema HopeThe group has a UK and US portfolio of 43 brands operating across current affairs, finance, technology, automotive and specialist areas. This portfolio has more than 50 million unique users, with over 1.5 million subscribers, and delivers more than 2.5 million magazines every month. Hope joined in 2004 as Research Manager, after beginning her career at Hauck Research, and for the past eight years has served as Research and Insights Director.

In her new role, reporting to Chief Customer Officer Julian Thorne, Hope will head up the newly formed Customer Insight Team, which will focus on providing insights into customer identification, experience and satisfaction across all the firm's territories. She will be supported by Research Manager Carlene Wilson, and Research & Insights Executive Caitlin Tuvesson.

The position has been created to help drive Dennis' global ambitions to better understand and serve its paying customers, who now deliver the majority of revenues for the business. Commenting on the promotion, Hope said: 'This is a fantastic opportunity to really get to know what is important to our customers and understand their relationship with our brands. The new role demonstrates Dennis' ongoing commitment to put our customers at the heart of everything we do'.
