Voice Specialists Phebi and Analytical Factory Team Up

London-based survey platform Phebi has partnered with voice-enabled data capture specialist Analytical Factory, which will provide it with support services across the UK and other parts of Europe. Analytical Factory will also develop new apps based on Phebi's technology.

Mike Page and Rachel ClintonPhebi's tech is used for voice-enabled health, market and survey research: its flagship product Phebi Insight was launched last year to offer qualitative data at scale. Analytical Factory's team in-depth experience of the technologies that underpin Phebi, including natural language processing, AI and machine learning.

Analytical Factory will now provide marketing, sales, consulting and client support in the UK and across European countries including France, Spain and Italy. Mike Page, Phebi's co-founder and CEO, says he is confident the team at Analytical Factory will be 'outstanding partners'.

Rachel Clinton, one of Analytical Factory's founding Directors explains: 'Whilst we initially focus on the market and consumer research sectors where Phebi has already achieved a critical mass of clients, we see much wider potential for the voice-enabled data capture, transcription, translation and emotion analysis capabilities that the Phebi platform offers. The leadership team at Analytical Factory has a deep expertise in applied data science and machine learning. We see Phebi as a really exciting extension of this discipline and plan to develop tailored applications focused on other sectors'.
