New CEO for Loyalty Programme Specialist Motivforce

London-based B2B loyalty and incentive programme provider Motivforce has promoted Nick Merry to the role of Global Chief Executive Officer, replacing co-founder David Cox, who is now the company's Chairman. Merry is based in Sydney, Australia

Nick MerryThe firm combines behavioural research and development with design, technology and relevant rewards schemes to create programmes driving better business performance. The firm uses analytics to understand the connection between individual participants' motivational triggers, skills development and sales efficacy; and models and propensity matching to continually evolve programmes in real time, and create targeted incentives and bespoke communications.

Merry (pictured) most recently served as MD for the APAC region. Prior to this he worked for Haymarket Media Group, latterly as Head of Strategic Accounts, managing major client relationships and developing products and events focused on B2B media channels.

Commenting on the news, Cox said: 'I am delighted that Nick is taking over at the helm of Motivforce as Global CEO to take the agency into a new chapter of growth and innovation in a new decade.
