Wunderkind to Launch European HQ in London

July 19 2021

Consumer behavioral marketing software firm Wunderkind is launching a European office in London, as it eyes 'strategic acquisitions'. The firm also plans to grow its EMEA office headcount to 100 this year.

Wulfric Light-WilkinsonPreviously known as BounceX, Wunderkind offers a performance marketing engine, which includes a ConsumerID Graph using cookie-less technology to identify and target an audience across multiple devices. The graph is also used to understand consumers' onsite behavior in order to provide the most relevant messaging at the right time. In addition, the firm's Behavioral CMS solution identifies each user's purchase intent and position in the buyer journey, enabling marketers to generate a larger 'send pool' for triggered messages.

Supporting the company's expansion will be the recruitment of new talent in Europe - across various disciplines, from sales and marketing to customer success, operations and design - expanding the 540-strong team operating from the company's US base in New York. In addition, the firm says it is 'eyeing strategic geographical acquisitions' in mainland Europe and the Nordics, while bringing to market its latest product innovations.

Wulfric Light-Wilkinson (pictured), GM EMEA, comments: 'We're very excited to be able to launch our new EMEA HQ in the heart of Soho, one of London's most vibrant areas. It's a great sign not only of our ambition, but our continued success, and it's certainly a significant milestone for the company. We're raring to go with our expansion into Europe and can't wait to introduce our performance channel to a new raft of progressive, market-leading retailers.'
