Predictive Marketing Platform Tinyclues Acquired

Paris-based AI-driven predictive marketing platform Tinyclues has been acquired by customer relationship management (CRM) specialist Splio, for an undisclosed sum.

David BessisTinyclues' artificial intelligence targets individuals based on buying propensity. The firm claims its technology analyses 'often-ignored' first-party data signals, so that CRM teams can predict customer purchase intent and pull together hyper-personalized marketing plans.

Through the deal, Splio will embed Tinyclues learning intelligence into its own customer relationship management platform, designed to personalize the customer experience for each individual while offering marketers a solution for large-scale orchestration. Following the deal Splio now has 250 employees in Europe and the MEA.
