Ipsos to Launch 'CX Nation' Report in Australia

In Australia, Ipsos has partnered with conference organizer Ashton Media to conduct a 'State of the CX Nation' industry report, due for launched at the latter firm's Customer 360 Symposium later this month. The partners plan to repeat the report annually.

Tim Stuart-Harris and Lance WebbThe report, which taps Ashton Media's network of customer experience professionals, will focus on identifying future trends, best practices, and the key challenges facing CX leaders in Australia, highlighting the changing nature of CX and the growing responsibility organisations must take for it.

Quant research will focus on obtaining insights from individuals and organisations from around Australia, while a qual phase will focus on interviewing CX leaders for a deep dive into sector insights, future trends and opinions. Ashton Media Commercial Director & co-founder Tim Stuart-Harris says that having produced ANZ's CX, customer insights and contact centre conferences for more than ten years, his firm sees the State of the CX Nation report as a natural extension of its events.
