US-based Genesee Survey Services is extending its range of syndicated employee opinion norms surveys to provide international data as well as US, migrating mail-based data collection to the web with the help of the Harris Interactive Service Bureau (HISB).
HISB is providing Genesee with technology infrastructure and online panels, allowing rapid data turn-around and enabling the company to source representative employee opinion data from nine countries around the world (US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Japan) for the new online International Employee Opinion Norms study. The partnership will also offer follow-up studies for multinational clients, and additional international opinion research.
Larry Eldridge, VP of Consulting with Genesee says that, as the demographics of mail and phone respondents continue to shift, 'the online population is more reflective of the audience we are seeking to target'. He also says that, until now, 'there has been an unmet need in the marketplace for comprehensive, accurate, timely international employee opinion norms data'. By working with HISB, he hopes to fill this gap, and says he is looking forward to the 'ongoing speed and accuracy of the norms data we can deliver to our growing client roster of global organizations'.
