Ziment Launch and Appointment

imap Research, syndicated study specialist within healthcare and pharma agency The Ziment Group, has launched onTRAK, a single-source solution developed for market researchers to measure brand performance across many constituents and geographies. Elsewhere at Ziment, Michael Fronstin joins as VP Sales at CHS.
The onTRAK system includes three separate survey elements:
- monthly data from high writing physicians including awareness, usage, attribute importance and brand imagery
- an extensive patient survey based on brand and advertising awareness, product attitudes and their compliance, and
- a comprehensive survey of managed care pharmacy/medical directors.
Clients can add in proprietary attributes and patient types to the monthly physician survey, giving a combination of the benefits of custom and syndicated tracking. imap President Mike Kelly says the new system provides 'an integrated and affordable response' to the question 'how is my brand doing'. 'Clients repeatedly say to us that market tracking is one of their most expensive yet least strategic market research projects when all they often want are metrics for their management reporting.'
Another Ziment Group company,
Consumer Health Sciences, has named Michael Fronstin as its new Vice President of Sales. CHS focuses on disease-specific, self-reported consumer data, with a flagship National Health and Wellness Survey run since 1998.
Fronstin brings over a decade of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing research and consulting experience to CHS, having worked at Merck, Merck/J&J, and most recently at TargetRx where he was the Director of Strategic Consulting Services.
