Change of CFO for Harris

February 20 2006

Harris Interactive has appointed consulting industry veteran Ronald E. Salluzzo, 55, as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Frank J. Connolly, Jr., hired as CFO in January 2005 by former CEO Robert Knapp. Connolly will remain with the company in the short-term to advise on projects in progress.

Connolly, whose appointment coincided with Knapp's replacement of Dr Gordon S. Black as Chairman (www.mrweb.com/drno/news3684.htm ), said he would miss the challenges and the team at Harris Interactive, but that 'spending more time in Connecticut with my family has become an important priority for me.' CEO Gregory T. Novak says the company owes Connolly 'a debt of gratitude for a job very well done. His disciplined focus on measurement and accountability has helped us develop and implement a number of financial control processes that now form a strong foundation for future success.'

Salluzzo, described by Novak as 'one of the most talented leaders I have ever met', has spent the past 12 months as the Chief Risk Officer at consulting and systems integration giant BearingPoint, based in McLean, Virginia. He began his career at KPMG in 1972. From 1999, he led the State and Local Government group of KPMG Consulting, which became BearingPoint. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant, and received a bachelor of business administration from St. Bonaventure University.

'I could not pass up the opportunity to join a company whose vision is to become one of the largest and most influential consultative market research firms in the world' says Salluzzo. 'I'm committed to help turn that vision into reality.' He joins on 6th March.

As part of his compensation package, Salluzzo will receive 350,000 non-qualified stock options that will be priced at market close on March 6, 2006. The company says it expects to make approximately $0.4m in post-employment payments relating to Connolly's departure. Harris Interactive is online at www.harrisinteractive.com
