Gongos Changes Name and Location

Michigan-based custom MR firm Gongos Research has moved into a custom-built office in Auburn Hills, reflecting rapid growth this year. At the same time, it has changed its name from Gongos and Associates, Inc.

The company grew nearly 40% last year, and now has around 55 staff, with six full-time research positions currently being recruited.

Gongos began as an automotive specialist in 1991 and has diversified into various consumer goods areas while retaining a strong automotive expertise. It blends traditional methodologies with web-based surveys and online communities, assisted by an in-house programming and technology team.

The new office, occupied on July 1st, covers 30,000 sq. ft., with half already occupied and the other half earmarked for further expansion. It includes a state-of-the-art focus group facility.

The company will celebrate its 15th anniversary in early October 2006 with an Open House for staff, clients, vendors, family, and friends. The Gongos web site is at www.gongos.com .
