Fricker Joins Harris Loyalty Practice

Harris Interactive has hired John Fricker as VP, Senior Consultant for its Loyalty Research Practice. He worked previously at Synovate and then TNS Business Solutions.

Fricker brings nearly 20 years of experience on both client and supplier side of loyalty and commitment measurement and management. He will work in markets including CPG, retail, travel and tourism, and restaurants.

Most recently, Fricker was VP for TNS Business Solutions Group where he focused on growing the organization's loyalty consulting services. Prior to that, at Synovate, he directed the Commitments and Satisfaction Consulting Services group. Previously he worked client side, managing and integrating customer loyalty programs at Xerox and AT&T. He is currently Vice President of Research for the Central Florida Chapter of the AMA.
