Harris Interactive Opens Strategy Lab in UK

June 29 2007

Harris Interactive has launched its Advanced Strategy Lab (ASL) in Europe to provide simultaneous anonymous input from participants at any location.

ASL was developed by WirthlinWorldwide, now part of Harris, and has been used in the US for more than a decade to facilitate brainstorming, idea generation and solution development through networked computers in a moderated group setting.

Gregory Novak, President and CEO of Harris Interactive states: 'Our opening of this ASL lab in Europe adds another powerful analytical tool to help our clients make better business decisions. It is another example of our strategy to share best practices across our entire enterprise.'

The service will be housed in a newly-built qualitative research facility at the Harris Interactive office in Maidenhead, UK. The firm says that its dedicated facility with modern viewing facilities can be used for anything from consumer research to senior management workshops.

George Terhanian, President of Harris Interactive in Europe says that ASL combines 'the best benefits of in-person and online qualitative research.'

With annual revenue of $216 million and 1,000 full-time staff, the firm is headquartered in Rochester, New York and on the web at www.harrisinteractive.com .
