Pyramid Research on the Move

December 3 2008

Pyramid Research - the telecom research arm of TechWeb's Light Reading Communications Network - has relocated its corporate headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and its offices in London and Hong Kong to new facilities.

The firm says these relocations are part of its efforts to align its global presence with TechWeb, which acquired Pyramid in September.

Centrally located at 10 Canal Park in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the newly-constructed office space for Pyramid's headquarters is close to the airport and near public transportation, hotels, restaurants, shopping and parking.

Pyramid's London office has moved into the headquarters of Light Reading's parent firm, United Business Media (UBM), at Ludgate House (also the home of GfK NOP) on the South Bank, while its Hong Kong office has moved to UBM's location in Causeway Bay. Pyramid's offices in Seattle and Miami will remain in their current locations.

Explains MD Dennis Mendyk: 'With these moves, Pyramid is now tightly integrated with the massive resources of UBM and TechWeb, which will enable us to deliver new products and services to our customers faster and more efficiently.'
