Partnership for Vovici and CGA

Survey software firm Vovici has partnered with UK customer experience consultancy CGA to offer clients customer experience measurement.

CGA uses its 'Customer Heartbeat' technique to trace every step of a customer journey - from product research through retail and online shopping to purchase and after sales - to monitor how they feel at each interaction with the brand. From this, the company determines where customers are satisfied and where action needs to be taken to improve their experience.

The firm says it will be using the Vovici v4 survey analysis platform to gain 'deep insight' into customers' needs and expectations.
