London-based insight agency Metro Research has appointed Mike Holland as a Research Director.
Holland joins with more than 15 years’ experience in researching the financial, automotive and public sectors. He has a wide range of qual and quant experience gained while conducting NPD, communications, customer satisfaction, market segmentation, sizing and penetration programmes.
Most recently, he was a Research Director at Harris Interactive, prior to which he worked at ORC International and at BDRC. He has an MSc in Domestic Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol.
