Arbitron
US radio ratings giant Arbitron has appointed Kim Myers as Senior Media Relations Manager, replacing Jessica Benbow who moves to a broader communications role in the firm’s marcoms department.
Myers joins from newsPRos, where she worked with more than 70 attorneys in a variety of practice groups at two international law firms, and created media outreach programs.
For the eight years prior to this, she worked at Brainerd Communicators on PR programs for a number of radio companies including Clear Channel Communications, Entravision Communications, Spanish Broadcasting Systems and Cox Radio.
In her new role, Myers will be Arbitron’s primary contact with reporters and editors in the radio trades, local media, national business and consumer titles, as well as the broadcast and cable networks.
