In the UK, consumer research agency rdsi has promoted Claire Frances and Sarah Le Monde to the position of Senior Research Executive, while John Horgan joins the firm as a Research Executive.
Frances works across markets for the UK and international teams and her experience covers NPD, creative development and brand strategy. She joined rdsi in 2006, after returning from 2 years living in Austria, and during the past two years she has also worked on the firm’s rolling research programme into 5 to 16 year olds. She has a degree in Geography.
Le Monde joined rdsi 20 months ago after completing a degree in French and Spanish at Cambridge University. She works on both UK and international accounts, and specialises in lifestage research with a particular interest in the youth market.
Horgan joins from Leeds based agency, Principles. His new remit covers the FMCG and retail sectors as well as brand development, corporate social responsibility, NPD and communications research. He has a BA in Business Studies and is currently studying for a CIM Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Marketing.

In November, rdsi appointed alcoholic drinks research specialist Ben Langleben as Research Director to co-manage the firm’s quant team.
