Oliver Kipp Customer experience software and solutions firm MaritzCX has appointed Oliver Kipp as Chief Customer Officer, a newly created position.

Kipp (pictured) has worked at the company, and predecessor firm Maritz Research, for more than thirteen years, initially as VP, Director Operations Europe, then as an SVP and for the last three years as COO. Before joining the company, he spent sixteen years at Wenzel Consulting AG, latterly as an Executive Board member.

In his new role, Kipp will focus on helping key clients maximize value and create measurable results from the company's solutions, brining together program management, technology, consultancy and research science.
