Greenberg Strategy
In the US, research consultancy Greenberg Strategy has hired former Hall & Partners director Diana Bailey as Vice President of Strategic Planning.
Greenberg specializes in both qualitative and quantitative research around customers, brand, communications, products and organization. The firm describes its focus as 'helping organizations identify the human patterns that impact their businesses', and through its 'WholeHuman' approach, it combines 'emotional, rational and instinctual responses' to find the drivers of behavior.
Bailey (pictured) joins from Omnicom's data and insight-driven brand consultancy Hall & Partners, where she served as Group Strategy Director. Prior to this, she spent more than twelve years at WPP's brand strategy consultancy Millward Brown; latterly managing and overseeing all aspects of the Client Service team in the US, before which, she was an Account Executive in Buenos Aires, Argentina and an SRE in Bogota, Columbia.
Commenting on the appointment, Chief Strategy Officer Iwan Thomis said: 'We're delighted to welcome Diana to the Greenberg team. She has a strong strategic mind and we're excited about the energy and intelligence she will bring to the business.'
