Harmelin Media
In the US, media agency Harmelin Media has promoted Bernie Shimkus to the position of Vice President of Research.
Shimkus joined the firm 12 years ago and previously served as Director of Research. In his new role, he is responsible for the strategic application of Harmelin's research databases and media anaylsis software.
Previously Shimkus worked in media at FCB/Lewis Gilman & Kynette, Fox 29/Philadelphia, and the Earle Palmer Brown Companies.
Pennsylvania-based Harmelin has a team of more than 100 media professionals servicing accounts totalling more than $300m in annual billing.
