In the US, TVG Marketing Research & Consulting has appointed Ina Noble as Vice President, Strategic Account Manager, responsible for building new client partnerships.
She joins with more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry in marketing, strategic marketing, business development and sales support roles. Her previous experience includes positions at HCD Research, Savitz Research Solutions, SMG Marketing Group, IMS, Dentsply International, Becton Dickinson, EM Diagnostics and ER Squibb.
In addition, she previously served on the adjunct faculty of Rutgers University where she taught hematology and parasitology. She has a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Rutgers University.
Her therapeutic experience includes work in endocrinology and diabetes, cardiovascular, oncology and rheumatology, among other areas.
TVG provides a global view of the healthcare marketplace through custom qualitative and quantitative marketing research, consulting and training. The company is owned by biopharmaceuticals specialist PDI, which yesterday reported a 22% drop in overall net revenue to $25.4m. Gross profit was negative for the quarter, as the company incurred a $3.7m gross loss related to promotional activities. CEO Nancy Lurker said that the results were ‘very disappointing’, but reflect the challenges the pharmaceutical industry had been facing for several years.
