Market Force Names COO
 US customer experience insights firm Market Force Information has appointed Mark Newhall as its new Chief Operating Officer, with overall responsibility for operations and technology.
Prior to joining, Newhall spent 14 years in senior roles with office supplies firm Corporate Express, most recently as Global VP of Strategy. During his tenure, his responsibilities focused on acquisition and business integration, process standardization and business improvement through the deployment of technology solutions.
Founded in 2005, Market Force has acquired three companies to enable it to offer a suite of solutions that includes mystery shopping, real-time customer surveys and analytics capabilities.
