TRGiSKY Expands to Singapore

Customer research, data analytics and consulting firm TRGiSKY has opened a new office in Singapore, as a base from which to offer its services across the Asia Pacific region.

Jon O'LoughlinUS-headquartered TRGiSKY, which was founded in 1983, has a particular focus on the automotive industry, as well as the telecoms, financial services, consumer goods, travel and leisure, healthcare, and entertainment sectors.

The company has developed a proprietary management tool called the Relationship Investment Model (RIM), which links customer behavior to specific marketing initiatives so that companies can maximize customer retention and acquisition.

Its new office will be led by President, Jon O'Loughlin who was most recently Global Director of Synovate Motoresearch, where he was responsible for managing ten geographical regions including Asia Pacific.

O'Loughlin previously held research leadership positions at Infratest Burke, Research International, NOP World and MEW Research. In his new role, he will be based in Singapore and report to CEO Andy Turton.
