Globalpark Debuts Remote Survey Monitoring

Panel, community and survey software provider Globalpark has introduced a new feature that allows researchers to activate and monitor survey projects using their mobile phones.

The new 'EFS Mobile Access' interface shows research results in progress and displays field report details.

It enables users to access key information on project or panel status via mobile devices, such as real-time response levels and completion rates and times.

In addition to the reporting application, the EFS platform is accessible by mobile web to send invitations and manipulate quotas.

JÖrg Tschasche, Senior Project Manager at international panel firm Respondi regularly checks on research projects while out of the office: 'Just last weekend, I used my iPhone to monitor and manipulate an important project. Globalpark makes it easy to manage my research, no matter where I am or what else I'm doing,' he commented.
