DIY Survey Tool Offers Panel Access

In the US, self-service survey software developer Ask Your Target Market has launched an online tool which it claims provides small businesses, entrepreneurs, and student researchers with access to customized target market research panels for under $30.

Lev Mazin and David HandelUsing a dashboard contained in the new AskYourTargetMarket.com tool, survey creators can hone in on their target market by refining respondent demographic criteria.

After using the online survey creator to define questions, the survey is immediately deployed to the consumer research panel. Ask Your Target Market's proprietary consumer panels are owned by the company and are comprised of consumers who reside in the US.

According to the company, a 50-person survey using standard parameters is typically fulfilled within a few hours.

'AYTM is not just online survey software -- many companies offer that. We give our clients a built-in consumer panel that they can filter to fit their target market,' explained co-founder Lev Mazin.

Additionally, customers can add a number or features and increase the survey size up to 400 respondents. They can then use the control panel to view customizable charts and graphs, and download reports in a variety of formats.

'Until now, the little guy has been at a competitive disadvantage when it comes to market intelligence, stated co-founder David Handel. 'We decided that it was time for that to change.'
