CMB Launches Data Collection Network

Boston, US-based Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) has launched a Global Certified Network of data collection companies which it says extends to over 90 countries worldwide.

The network comprises a select group of certified partners for qual and quant research around the world. Partners, which include Survey Sampling International, must agree to a number of 'strict' requirements including:
  • Industry standards - compliance with the ESOMAR International Code on Market and Social Research, and with CMB's Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Active security measures - including CAN-SPAM compliance and destruction of all sample records at the end of a project.
  • Data quality assurance - with procedures to guard against 'bad' data and instant disclosure of any issues with data collection
  • Project management guidelines - including provision of a minimum of two points of contact and rapid response to queries and requests from CMB project staff, plus frequent update meetings
President Anne Bailey Berman explains: 'We have long been working with clients on a global basis and require the highest standards of data collection and reliability. The formalization of our Global Partner Network helps ensure that every client engagement lives up to our demanding requirements.'

Founded in 1984 by Anne Bailey Berman and John Martin, the company is online at www.cmbinfo.com .
