Former TNS Directors Open Hong Kong Agency

In Hong Kong, two former TNS Directors have launched Radar Global, a new 'services only' agency which provides multi-country project management and data collection services across Asia Pacific and beyond.

TNS' former Director of Business Development and Practice for Hong Kong and Singapore, Nicole Hessing; and the agency's former Regional CATI Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America, Grant Beuzeval, have worked closely together for the past 15 years, conducting multi-regional research programs with a particular focus on B2B and customer satisfaction.

The pair say their new agency combines 'expertise in multi-country project management with operational excellence'.

Radar Global has already developed a web-based platform that, among other things, facilitates the recruitment, training, management, monitoring and payment of a dispersed CATI workforce, which Hessing and Beuzeval say provides the consistency, compliance and quality that multi-market, mixed-methodology programs depend on.

'Research service buyers are seeking a single-point of contact for hassle-free management and simplification of multi and single market research programs within Asia Pacific and beyond,' states Hessing. 'We have that expertise and experience and are able to add value at each stage - from survey and sampling design to choice of methodology, execution and delivery.'

The new agency currently offers online research globally, and CATI across Asia Pacific, but plans to increase coverage of CATI to all key continents over the next two years.
