Field Firms Merge

London-based firm The Network has acquired Trinity Field Marketing, which offers a complete range of field marketing, sales support and data application services. Both companies have mystery shopping offerings.

Jane DysonTerms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Network offers services which range from product sampling and mystery shopping, to running events. MD Jane Dyson says that the deal will both strengthen existing services and open up new markets.

'We are thrilled to be working for such a forward-looking and progressive company,' adds Trinity Field Director Sheila Lyons. 'I'm certain that together, we'll create one of the most vibrant teams in the industry. It's a great deal at a great time for us.'

Trinity will continue to operate under its own name from The Network's offices in Chiswick, West London.
