New Leader to Expand Vision Critical's Partner Program

Vision Critical has promoted Monique Morden to the role of President of its Global Partner Program and Chief Operating Officer for National Panels, and says it aims to expand the Program rapidly.

Morden has spent the last four months in Europe gaining a firsthand knowledge of the situation there, which will inform her work developing the Program. She has twenty years of experience conducting a broad range of consumer and public policy research in a variety of industries including airlines, technology, workers' compensation boards, health care, telecoms and lotteries/gaming. Most recently, she has focused on online quant and qual research methodologies.

She holds and MBA with a Specialization in Marketing from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science, Honours from the University of Guelph.

The Global Partner Program already works with more than 25 market research companies and marketing consultants, including Synovate and Lightspeed Research, giving them access to online community panel platform Sparq; the firm's virtual shopping platform, and associated custom services.

Vision Critical CEO Angus Reid says expanding the Program is the firm's response to demand caused by 'the explosive growth of custom panel research and related technology worldwide' and says of the new appointment: 'Monique has a rare combination of management acumen and research expertise which makes her ideally suited to take on this responsibility'.
