WNS Opens European Headquarters in London

Offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) firm WNS has opened a European HQ in London, to support its expansion in the region.

From its network of 21 delivery centres, including locations in Costa Rica, India, Philippines, Romania, Sri Lanka and the UK, WNS delivers a spectrum of outsourced services including market research, analytics solutions, customer care, and business and financial research.

The new London headquarters will serve clients across verticals, including travel and leisure, banking and financial services, insurance, utilities, telecoms, CPG, retail, manufacturing and healthcare.

'The UK is a very important market for WNS with more than 60% of our net revenue coming from Europe,' explains Group CEO Keshav Murugesh. 'The new European Headquarters will support market penetration and growth in the UK market.'
