Chime Adds 5 to Research & Engagement Division

In the UK, Chime Communications' Research & Engagement Division has hired Rosy Goodrick, Winston Chesterfield and Laurence Palfreyman for Opinion Leader in London, and Caroline Holman and David Winstone at Facts International in Kent.

Rosy Goodrick, Winston Chesterfield, Laurence Palfreyman, Caroline Holman and David WinstoneGoodrick joins from Royal Mail where she previously worked with former Head of Business Intelligence Sinéad Jefferies, who now leads Opinion Leader's research and insight business. At Royal Mail, Goodrick was responsible for the customer satisfaction programme and online community; prior to this she worked for Red Bull UK and for Save the Children.

Chesterfield, who has been working at Opinion Leader as a Consultant, now joins the business in a full time capacity. In his new role, he will use his research skills to help re-launch the new and expanded Opinion Leader panel.

Recent graduate Palfreyman joins with a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, to assist the Social Research and Financial teams to manage a number of large-scale clients.

At field & tab agency Facts International, Holman takes up the role of Associate Director, having previously worked client-side at Givaudan and Quest International. She joins with 16 years' experience of managing large-scale FMCG accounts, as well as brand tracking and B2B research expertise.

Finally, Winstone has been appointed as an Insight Executive, helping with management of a number of key automotive and retail accounts. He holds an MSc in Spacial Planning from University College London.
