Former dunnhumby Exec Launches Emnos Stateside

German-based customer insight firm Emnos has opened a new office in Chicago, led by Adam Holyk who was previously Vice President Client Solutions at dunnhumbyUSA.

Emnos - which is part of the Loyalty Partner Group - analyses customer and transaction data to help retailers understand their customers' requirements. The firm has a workforce of around 100 employees based in Munich, London, Paris, Madrid and Warsaw.

Before joining Emnos as MD for the USA, Holyk served as Solutions Director at dunnhumbyUSA. Prior to this he was VP, CRM & Analytics for Shoppers Drug Mart, where he was responsible for Canada's biggest customer loyalty programme 'Shoppers Optimum'. He began his career at Canadian supermarket chain Loblaws.
