SalesLab Launches Market Intelligence Agency

Paris-based marketing and sales consultancy SalesLab has opened a customer and market research division called SalesLab Insights, which will offer in-depth data based on the work of a network of 2,500 analysts worldwide.

Razi RimaSalesLab consultants, located across Europe and in New York and Singapore, offer advice to midsize and large companies on how to improve their marketing and sales strategies. The firm provides a wide-range of services from advising clients on their 'go-to-market' strategy, to engineering individual customer interactions.

In addition, SalesLab hosts a networking community of 10,000 sales and marketing professionals worldwide.

The new Insights arm is headed by Razi Rima (pictured), who previously ran his own firm, RCX Consultancy, before which he was a sales manager at Nokia and NAVTEQ.

The division will draw on SalesLab's network of analysts, who will use paid primary research and a circle of local industry specialists to produce tailored analytical reports, including market evaluation studies, key customer profiles and competitive assessments.

'This way we can deliver affordable analysis of main markets and enterprises worldwide to clients large and small, in 50 languages,' explains Rima.

SalesLab has also opened an operation dedicated to CRM (customer relationship management), offering software to connect customer assets such as financials, prospecting databases and web sites.
